UWM’s College of Nursing is home to Wisconsin’s largest nursing program, and for more than 50 years, has provided life-saving training to health professionals in Wisconsin’s commercial, cultural and economic capital. The U.S. News & World Report consistently ranks the college in the top 15% of nursing schools with graduate programs.

Dedicated to providing academic programs of the highest quality that are at the forefront of nursing, the college has been widely recognized for its innovation, leadership in the profession of nursing and extensive collaboration with diverse community agencies. Across southeastern Wisconsin, our competitive, collaborative nursing program is valued for its ability to prepare science-based, compassionate nurse leaders through innovative, quality educational programs.

50 States Challenge for Military and Veterans Resource Center
When we have donors from all 50 states, it will unlock $5,000 from an anonymous donor to the Military and Veterans Resource Center (MAVRC). MAVRC works to address the challenges faced by current and former service members and their dependents. MAVRC is committed to assisting the military related students at UWM in completing successful transitions from the military, through their education and into the civilian workplace.
